Block Schedule, baby! | Printable Freebie

Paper Nerd Block Schedule Printable Freebie | imapapernerd.com

It’s time for a freebie!

This one will help you boost your productivity and get your week overview sorted. I’m talking about block scheduling.

Block scheduling means organizing your time into blocks of similar tasks. If there’s one thing I’ve learned since becoming my own boss it’s that batching tasks is amazing for your output. And block schedules are perfect for batching.

There are two schedules on each printed sheet. Printing the PDFs should be a breeze. Once printed you can stick em on a clipboard (I do that), cut them in half and add them to your planner, washi them to the wall or whatever you prefer. Sometimes I like to add dates and colors – other times I leave it plain – and get down to business.

See? The A4 PDF will cut down to A5 when halved and fit in an A5 Filofax, Large Kikki K and similar.

Enjoy!
