Hey paper nerds!
Today I’m sharing the ‘gratitude‘ pages I meant to work on in October. You know, sometimes your creative whims just doesn’t align with what you should be doing.
I’m getting real messy again thanks to the removable pages in my new “art journal”. LOVE IT. I have a blog post on the binder itself and the papers I use, etc.
The pages came out really nice, I think. I’m a sucker for a painted background + stencils + white modeling paste. It’s just too good.
I jotted down a few things that come to mind when thinking about the things I’m most grateful for in life.
Ada. Baby. Family. Steffen. Sunshine. Snacks. Community.
The blue hearts 3×4 card is from the Day Dream printable card set. I love the hand-drawn but still clean and crisp style.
Friends. Art. Stories. Color. Creating. Sharing. Sleep.
I used the sweet little Droplet Rubber Stamp for some added detail on the left page.
Thanks for stopping by. Did you get your messy craft on this week?
xo Nina

Snacks are definitely something to be grateful for! :)
I love the colors you used in this – and I love that you’re using a binder. The need to rearrange is such a huge part of my creative process. I feel I can’t give into the freedom of “creative messiness” if I feel I’m stuck with where I put things.
The background is beautiful! Im so impressed by your use of different mediums. And of course the simple journaling. Love it.
